Sewing projects at MD spread around the staff like wildfire. One minute we are all working on quilts, the next machine embroidery, and currently is seems to be knits. We are all crazy right now sewing (and teaching) knit patterns, from dresses to t-shirts, the Renfrew (love) and leggings: check out these classes.
Who doesn’t want a new spring wardrobe? I certainly don’t feel sad stashing tall boots and heavy coats and opting for brighter colors. This season, there are loads of great classes that can get you started on sprucing up your spring wardrobe.
I hate shopping for items that never fit right anyway. It’s what lead me to start making staples like t-shirts and jeans. Sure you can do pintucks the “hard way,” but why? Pintucks can be created using a combination of two machine accessories, the twin needle and a grooved pintucking presser foot.
